Issuing an
RMA

A unit shipped to WolfVision for any reason (repair, exchange, return) will not be accepted unless an RMA has been issued.

  1. Contact a WolfVision technician: It is necessary that you give the technician the exact Serial Number of the unit in question. ( How to find the Serial Number)
  2. If it is determined that you need to send the unit to WolfVision, the technician will open a Repair/Return Case.
  3. Use the unit serial number to fill out the online
  4. You will then receive an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) and online instructions for sending the unit to WolfVision.
  5. If you have multiple units that need processing, the confirmation page for each unit's RMA will give you the option to enter another serial and use the contact information from the previous RMA.

If you have received a Repaired Unit Invoice via email, you may pay for the repair at the Repair Payment page.
