Complete an RMA after speaking with WolfVision Support

Once you have contacted a WolfVision technician, you need to complete the RMA process by filling out contact and shipping information. After doing so, you will then receive an RMA number and instructions for shipping the unit to WolfVision.

Note:

  • This look-up will work only if you have previously contacted a technician and they have registered an RMA for that specific unit.
  • An RMA may expire. If you do not complete the RMA within 30 days after speaking with a WolfVision technician, the RMA will be revoked and you will need to contact WolfVision support for a new RMA.

  • Also, please be aware: Repair charges can only be paid via credit card. We do not accept POs for repair payment.
