Complete the RMA process by entering the Serial Number of your unit below.

After entering the Serial Number of your unit, you will receive an RMA number and instructions for shipping the unit to WolfVision.


  • This step will only work if you have previously contacted a technician and they have registered an RMA for that specific unit. If you have not yet contacted our support team, please email with the unit's serial number and a description of the problem.
  • Also, please be aware that any applicable Repair Charges can only be paid via credit card or ACH Transfer.
  • An RMA may expire. If you do not complete the RMA within 30 days after speaking with a WolfVision technician, the RMA will be revoked and you will need to contact WolfVision Support for a new RMA.
